Professional maintenance
Planned maintenance is the most effective way to minimise the risk of failure in expensive air conditioning and refrigeration plant.
With many sites now relying on air conditioning to keep their comms rooms and data centers cool throughout the year, the cost of failure can be catastrophic.
Owners of refrigeration and air conditioning plant also have an environmental responsibility to ensure that their equipment is leak tight. This can only be achieved through regular inspection, testing and repair as and when the need arises.
The EU F-Gas regulation (No. 842/2006), which became law on 4th July 2007, places responsibility on owner/operators of plant containing refrigerant to have it checked regularly by competent and certified personnel. More info....
All-inclusive maintenance package
Cool-Therm offers tailor-made maintenance contract packages to suit particular types of equipment and individual customer requirements.
Contracts range from fully comprehensive to standard inspection only type.
All contracts provide owner/operators with written documentation on their plant, including information required to comply with the F-Gas regulation.
Cooltherm also recommends modifications, where appropriate, to improve reliability and efficiency after maintenance is carried out.
